Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks a Finishing Technician for our Menomonie, WI facility. You will operate and set up finishing/assembly equipment, monitor process parameters, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to keep lines running. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and documentation, including batch records and device history.

Previous manufacturing experience and familiarity with SAP and Oaklawn lines are a plus. Shift N2 5pm-5am 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform general preventive maintenance on decorating printers, lasers, pad printers, and finishing/assembly equipment.
• Complete setup and parameter sheets and recordkeeping.
• Communicate changes to team leader and other shifts.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment with maintenance/engineering teams.
• Ensure part quality and adjust equipment/processes as needed.
• Maintain high safety for self and others.
• Document batch records and device history files.
• Take ownership of area and assist production operators.

Phillips-Medisize, LLC a Molex Company is growing and has immediate openings for the Finishing Technician role at the

Menomonie, WI facility.

Shift: N2- 5pm-5am 2-2-3 schedule (Oaklawn building )

Our Team

The Finishing Technicians will be, ensuring the equipment's settings are correct, minor maintenance and adjustments, and start/end of run tasks on a new program at the facility.

What You Will Do

• Perform general preventive maintenance on decoration printers and lasers, pad printers, assembly lines, and any other finishing/assembly equipment
• Complete set-up and/or parameter sheets and other recordkeeping as required
• Communicate changes/issues with team leader and technicians on other shifts
• Work alongside maintenance and engineering technicians while trouble shooting and correcting issues on equipment
• Ensure quality of all parts and make adjustments to equipment/processes as needed
• Assure a high level of safety for self and co-workers
• Complete all the required batch record and/or device history file documentation
• Take ownership of assigned area, help guide production operators

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Six or more months of manufacturing, industrial, or assembly line experience

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience using a computer for record-keeping and documentation functions
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment or machines
• Previous lead or leadership experience
• SAP knowledge
• Experience on Oaklawn lines
