Job summary

SeaCa Plastics Packaging is seeking an experienced Finishing Printer Operator for our Surprise, AZ location. You will join a fast-paced finishing team, set up printing equipment, and ensure quality across runs.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma and 2+ years of machine operation experience, preferably in Flexo printing, with a strong eye for color accuracy and process control. Training is provided on the job, with opportunities for overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in machine operation, prefer Flexo Printing.
• Knowledge of corrugated industry; color and printing.
• Familiar with Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up printing equipment for production runs.
• Read work orders and follow production schedules.
• Adjust machine and ink settings to meet quality standards.
• Inspect products for print quality, color accuracy, and defects.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Verify quantities, labels, and order accuracy.
• Complete quality checks and production documentation.
• Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming jobs.
• Report quality or equipment concerns to supervisors.
• Cross-train on other equipment and support team operations.
