Job summary

Isola in Chandler, AZ is hiring a CShift Finishing Operator to convert master sheets to panels, operate automated cutting equipment, and inspect product for conformance to specs. The role includes cross-training in several skill levels and requires stamina for long shifts.

The position runs 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Thu–Sat, plus every other Wednesday) with overtime. Pay is $22/hour, and SAP-based material traceability is used in daily records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• English reading/writing/speaking proficiency to follow instructions and document work.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and customer requirements.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate automated equipment per work orders.
• Ensure setup and operation of automated and supporting equipment.
• Inspect material to ensure cuts meet customer requests and work orders.
• Report anticipated issues and downtime to operations leader.
• Maintain records for material usage and traceability in SAP.
