Position: Finishing Operator II
Pay: $22.69/hr
Shift: 1st 7am-7pm

Reporting to the Supervisor, the Finishing Operator will be responsible for:

• Ensuring safety standards are met when operating equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work area
• Adhering to quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to complete daily tasks
• Wearing protective gear as required
• Participating in team meetings and safety training
• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a positive attitude and teamwork

Qualifications include:

• Manufacturing experience or training preferred
• Ability to read work instructions and perform math and measurements
• Strong attendance record and punctuality
• High school diploma or GED
