Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Finishing Operator for 2nd and 3rd shift at a premier manufacturing site in Telford, PA. You will perform quality checks on finished products, pack shipments, label boxes, and support production changeovers in a fast-paced setting.

Your duties include assisting operators, handling packaging tasks, and helping maintain safety and quality standards while contributing to a reliable, team-oriented operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude required.
• Detail oriented and committed to quality work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift 50 lbs. or more throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on finished bags and pouches during production.
• Pack completed products into shipping boxes and move them to packing area.
• Assemble boxes, apply informational labels, and prepare shipments.
• Assist operators and team members with production and machine changeovers.
• Fill hot melt units and assist during press changeovers as part of the pit crew.
• Perform basic QC testing and troubleshoot minor packaging issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow plant safety procedures.
• Support food safety and report concerns as needed.
