The Finishing Operator reports to the Finishing Lead. The role involves serving as the final stage of manufacturing for stickers and labels on a roll before packaging and shipping. You may operate other machinery such as shrink wrap and packaging/shipping stations. Speed, accuracy, and quality are your passions, along with supporting the team and adapting to changes in order volume. Being a supportive team member and “All In” comes naturally to you.
