Koch Companies is seeking an annealing Operator for the Finishing Department on the first shift in Saint Petersburg, FL. The role involves order separation, production flow management, and prioritizing jobs to meet daily schedules. You will operate heat treating equipment, ensure quality, and work in a dynamic environment with heat and noise.
The position is Monday-Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for external candidates.
We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated annealing Operator to join our Finishing Department on first shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for order separation and production process of annealing manufactured parts. You'll need to manage the production flow and prioritize jobs based on the daily schedule and department demands. The ability to proactively work independently as well as with others under limited supervision is crucial. This position is in a dynamic production environment with exposure to liquids and elevated noise levels and high heat temperatures.
This is a first shift position. Hours will be Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
There will be a 1k sign on bonus for external candidates only.
