Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation MCC is seeking a Finishing Machine Operator to monitor print and seam quality, splice rolls, and maintain accurate data entry in the Globetek system. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and basic math for labels and conversions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Experience or in-depth knowledge of lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices the roll web per specification.
• Uses ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing.
• Handles rolls and palletizes them to prevent damage.
• Understands basic printing and seam defects.
• Records data on designated paperwork and in Globetek.
