Job summary

MCC is seeking a Finishing Machine Operator to join our team in Provo, Utah. This role handles the final stages of production, ensuring high quality, durability, and aesthetic standards for finished products.

The position requires attention to print and seam quality, data entry in the Globetek system, and ability to work across multiple shifts. Ideal for candidates with basic printing knowledge and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing preferred.
• Standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent walking; occasional climbing or bending; eye and color vision requirements.

Responsibilities

• Continuously checks for print and seam quality.
• Removes defective material and splices the roll web back together per the specification.
• Uses a ruler, safety knife, and hole punch during splicing procedures.
• Handles rolls and palletizes them to prevent damage.
• Records data on paperwork and in the Globetek system.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties.
