Job summary

Valley Craft Industries, a Minnesota-based manufacturer, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join a safety-focused shop in Lake City. This role offers on-the-job training and a path to learn powder coating, paint booth operations, and wash prep processes.

Qualifications

Experience with powder coating processes is preferred.
Ability to operate spray equipment per specifications and safety standards.
Attention to finish quality and adherence to process requirements.

Responsibilities

Prepare parts for powder coating (clean, wash, degrease, mask, hang).
Operate powder coat and electrostatic spray equipment per specifications.
Load/unload parts on paint line and ovens.
Monitor coating thickness, coverage and finish quality.
