Phoenix Color Job Title: Finishing Operator

Starting Pay: $18.50 - 19.50/hr (+$1.00/hr Night Shift Differential)

Additional Incentives:

Up to $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement after 60 days of employment.

Phoenix Color will provide all tools necessary.

Two T-Shirts provided.

2 Weeks Vacation to start.

Hours: 7:00pm - 7:00am

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday and every other Thursday

Location: 18249 Phoenix Dr., Hagerstown, MD 21742

As our Light Equipment Operator 2, you will:

Responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of laminating machinery

Monitor production and adjust machine during production run as required

Regularly check for product quality and film temperature

Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures

All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for 12-hour shift and lift up to 75lbs

Ability to bend and reach for extended periods of time

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand written instructions and perform basic math

High levels of attention to detail

Ability to work as a team and provide direction

Mechanically inclined to fix minor machinery issues using hand tools

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Some mechanical ability required
