Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain required equipment certifications (such as forklift operation) if needed.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Packaging materials according to customer requirements and internal procedures.
• Safely operating equipment such as forklifts (with attachments), wrapping/packaging machinery, label equipment, and banders as needed.
• Reading and following work instructions and production documentation.
• Moving materials within the facility, including weighing, scanning, stacking, and staging products.
• Tracking and verifying materials, including quantities, sizes, and packaging.
• Completing required documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Supporting supervisors and team members to maintain production workflow.
