Sheridan is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for finishing/bindery on the daytime shift in Ohio. We train you to run high-speed bindery equipment and to produce books and printed materials.

No bindery experience is needed—we’ll teach you. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, work on a fast-paced production floor, and contribute to quality and safety while enjoying overtime opportunities and a path to long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• HS Diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related training/experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and work orders.
• Basic math and measurement reading.
• Mechanical aptitude and reliability.
• Team-oriented and quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Feed books/signatures into machine.
• Pack books into cartons.
• Move materials to and from workstation.
• Perform hand operations as required.
• Work with team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Follow safety procedures and keep workspace tidy.
