Job summary

Omni Technologies, Inc. in Greendale, Indiana, is seeking a Finisher on 1st shift to trim, assemble, machine, and inspect urethane parts. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with potential overtime. On-the-job training is provided and tuition reimbursement is available.

This position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to read instructions and basic measurements. Work involves using hand tools and reading blueprints to ensure quality and accurate assembly.

OMNI Technologies is looking for a full time Finisher on 1st shift to trim, assemble, machine, and inspect urethane parts. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3PM with potential for overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect products to Omni quality specifications, ensuring all finished goods meet established quality, safety, and workmanship standards. Identify defects, nonconformances, or inconsistencies and report issues promptly to the supervisor or quality team.
• Perform finishing operations using a variety of hand and power tools, including hand tools, drill presses, grinders, taps, and inserts, while adhering to work instructions, safety requirements, and production standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders to accurately perform assembly, bonding, and installation of various components according to specifications.
• Make accurate part counts and measurements, demonstrating strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and effective hand-eye coordination to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
• Read, understand, and follow work orders and verbal or written directions, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties, including cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment, and reporting equipment issues to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support production needs and maintain operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications
