Job Purpose

  • The Finisher / Blast / Polish (Level 1) at PRECISION MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES is responsible for performing finishing operations on medical device components to ensure they meet precise specifications and quality standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and functionality of medical devices through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate finishing equipment, including blasting and polishing machines, to achieve desired surface finishes on medical device components.
  • Inspect components before and after finishing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to address any discrepancies or defects in finished products.
  • Document and report production data, including quantities finished and any issues encountered during the process.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Required Education
