Job summary

Big Tex Trailers is seeking a hands-on assembler to complete finish-out installations such as axles, tires, batteries, wiring harnesses, and decals. You will work as part of a team, receiving trailers from the paint line and ensuring components are installed correctly and safely on schedule.

The role requires 2 years of manual labor/manufacturing experience, ability to lift 40+ pounds, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of similar experience in a manual labor position.
• 2 years of manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards in industrial settings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to communicate effectively in verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Install assigned components correctly and keep pace with the production flow.
• Perform duties in adherence to safety requirements and PPE usage.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Inspect tools and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.

DescriptionThis position is part of the Finish Line, reporting to the Finish Line Supervisor.
