About the Position

Certified Enameling is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finished ProductPackaging Associate to handle, wrap, package, label, and stage painted metal productsafter production.

This position requires careful handling of newly finished material to prevent scratches,dents, contamination, or other damage. The right candidate must work with a strongsense of urgency and maintain daily packaging volume without sacrificing accuracy orproduct protection.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully handle painted and finished metal products after production.
• Verify work-order numbers, quantities, labels, and packaging instructions.
• Wrap, protect, separate, and package finished products correctly.
• Use the appropriate packaging materials to prevent scratching, rubbing, or
  damage.
• Count and confirm all parts before completing each package.
• Label completed packages clearly and accurately.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or unfinished parts immediately.
• Organize and stage packaged orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Maintain the expected packaging pace and daily production volume.
• Keep packaging materials stocked and the work area organized.
• Maintain a clean and safe packaging area.
• Assist other production or operational areas when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, fabrication, painting, or metal
  finishing experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and respect for finished customer products.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy and packaging quality.
• Strong counting, labeling, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong sense of urgency and consistent follow-through.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to follow work orders and written packaging instructions.
• Ability to safely perform physical material-handling and packaging work.

You understand that freshly painted products must be handled carefully and packagedcorrectly the first time. You work with urgency, maintain a consistent pace, and do notallow speed to reduce accuracy or damage finished material.

You take ownership of your packaging volume, communicate problems immediately, andhelp ensure completed orders are ready for customers on time.
