The role emphasizes accurate sampling for lab analysis and meticulous paperwork alongside weight verification and dispatcher communication. Qualified candidates will have 18+ years of age, experience in manufacturing or related fields, and the ability to operate non-CLD industrial equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Manufacturing, industrial or agricultural experience preferred.
• Able to operate non-CLD industrial vehicles/equipment (backhoe, telehandler, yard dog truck, etc.)
• Experience in loader operation and maintenance is desirable.
• Basic math skills; add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers.
• Good oral and written skills; able to follow directions and communicate clearly.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Applicant availability for either shift preferred and night/weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload all finished products on tankers, railcars, meal trucks, trailers, etc.
• Obtain proper samples and send to lab for analysis; maintain paperwork.
• Weigh trucks after loading, complete documentation, and submit to scale/dispatcher.
• Perform general cleaning as needed in work areas.
• Maintain safety in accordance with company safety rules and regulations.
• All other duties as assigned.
