Job summary

Gsp Associates Inc seeks an Inventory Clerk for the Finished Goods area at the Madison plant. The role involves pulling and delivering finished signage and products, inspecting received items, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will tag, store, and monitor stock levels, notifying supervisors of shortages or issues. Responsibilities include cycle counts, IMS order processing, and keeping the staging area orderly.

Qualifications

• Completing administrative and electronic functions for materials received and issued.
• Verifies print image to stock size.
• Inventory preparation and cycle counting.
• Communicate problems with supervisor or warehouse manager.
• Maintaining cleanliness of material staging area.

Responsibilities

• Pull and deliver finished signage and products from requisitions.
• Receive, inspect, and verify finished goods against inventory/GTRs.
• Tag, store, and maintain control of all finished products.
• Notify shortages or damage and assist in related duties as needed.
• Enter and update inventory records and perform routine correspondence.
• Operate equipment and keep the finished goods area clean.
