The Opportunity

The Finished Goods Inspection Coordinator (PSFGA Coordinator) coordinates the auditing of QVC's vendors , their manufacturers, and any finished goods inspections (PSFGA's), whether by a QVC employee or a 3rd party to ensure that both comply with and conform to the standards set out in our Quality and Vendor Manuals. You will work fully remote and report to the Manager of Product Performance.

Your Impact

  • You will be the primary contact and consultant for the service provider community on all inspection-related issues.
  • Select the appropriate Inspection service provider or QVC employee for each inspection, following QVC's Quality and product expectations and budgets.
  • Review inspection reports from the auditor about audits with the PSFGA management, ensuring that all criteria for inspection has been covered and QVC's Quality standards have been met.
  • Prepare all final paperwork once vendor, manufacturer or goods have passed audit, and authorize Inspection Service Providers to issue an Inspection Certificate for passed audits.
  • You will maintain all our required databases that relate to the auditing of vendors/manufacturers or Finished Goods (PSFGA's).

What You Bring

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of auditing processes
  • Knowledge of Purchase Order Management Systems (Quest) or ability to learn QVC systems.
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word and Access.
