Responsibilities

• Operate the roller and other heavy equipment for paving and concrete projects.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors to complete jobs.
• Follow direction of the Foreman with regards to daily production schedule.
• Participate in job-site and safety meetings.
