SUNLAND ASPHALT is seeking an experienced equipment operator in Phoenix to perform paving tasks using rollers and other heavy machinery. You will follow foreman directions, maintain equipment, and ensure safety and quality on each project.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year related experience preferred.
• Ability to speak read and write English is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the roller and other heavy equipment for paving projects.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Coordinate with foreman, crew, and vendors to complete jobs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site daily.
