Job Summary

Shift: 2nd Shift (4:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.)

Days of Work: Monday - Thursday

Work Location: On-site (Mankato, MN)

Starting Salary: $24.24 to $27.73 hourly + 10% shift differential (Additional $2.00 technical differential attainable after meeting CBA criteria).

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturer’s instructions to mix paint materials to proper color and consistency.
• Prepare surfaces and properly apply paint and other finishes to manufactured products with brush or power equipment.
• Properly label and store paint and chemicals.
• Clean, maintain and store applicators, supplies and materials.
• Inspect finished surfaces for proper appearance and use to determine paint build thickness.
• Perform daily/weekly TPM tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Perform other duties as designated by supervisor within the same salary grade or below.
• Finish Painters are required to work a minimum of twenty percent of each week on painting duties.
