We are looking for dedicated employees to join our team to help our customers have the best experience possible every time they enter a JD Finish Line store.

Our employees are key to our success.

Management Pay Range: Bonus opportunities in addition to base pay if store KPIs are met.
Store Manager pay range: $48,315 - $62,809.
Assistant Manager pay range: $18.06-$19.56 per hour.
Supervisor pay range: $16.56-$18.06 per hour.
All roles are eligible for the company 401K plan. Full-time roles will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, sick leave, parental leave, and company-paid time off.
