Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and meeting sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, store maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Weekly availability for a mix of mornings, afternoons, and evenings based on business needs.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Consistent punctuality and regular attendance in line with company policies.
• Clear spoken English for customer communication.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math in English to handle business tasks and sales reports.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing (approximately 4‑14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or stairs for stock acquisition.
• Lifting 5–25 lbs regularly, with potential for higher weights on occasion.
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Moderately noisy retail environment.

Compensation

Store Associate pay range: $18.04 – $18.04 per hour. Eligible for the company 401 K plan.
