Job summary

Bernhardt Furniture Company is seeking a production finishing professional to maintain color consistency and run step panels for manufacturing. The role involves finishing chipboard panels to match the approved Master Panel references for each substrate and coordinating color matching under direction from the finishing lab.

You will update step and Master panels as needed and apply spray techniques to produce accurate finishes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write proficiently.
• Spray experience needed.
• Finish production samples.
• Maintain custom standard color and run step panels.

• Finish chipboard panels to duplicate standard finish color referencing approved Master Panel for each chosen substrate.
• Final color match to be determined by Director of Finishing/Lab.
• Update and/or revise step panels as well as Master panels.
