Job Summary

Perform cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment that applies finish to fabric, following ISO 9001 standards.

Essential Functions

• Perform general and detailed cleaning procedures on finishing equipment and building.
• Perform preventive maintenance on finishing equipment and building.
• Operate equipment properly and report malfunctions or concerns.
• Assist with other duties as required by supervisor.
• Maintain personal work habits suitable for job demands.
• Meet deadlines and production quotas.
• Collaborate well with co-workers.
• Follow instructions carefully.
• Work scheduled overtime as needed.

Safety

• Follow safety guidelines established by Valdese Weavers.
• Report injuries and hazards immediately.
• Participate in safety programs to identify and correct hazards.
