Uinta Millwork is hiring! We’re a small, growing company that installs high-end cabinetry, trim, and architectural millwork on commercial and residential projects across Utah and out of state. We work clean, stay professional, and take pride in doing things right.

Pay starts at $18 and goes up to $35+ depending on experience.Most weeks follow a 4-day, 10-hour schedule — typically working from 6–7 AM to 4–5 PM. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that values its people, we’d like to hear from you.

As a Finish Carpenter / Installer at Uinta Millwork, you'll work directly on high-end residential and commercial projects, installing cabinetry, trim, wall panels, doors, and other architectural millwork. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to follow direction on active job sites. Projects range from local Utah work to out-of-state installs in areas like Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming.

You'll be working with a small crew, often alongside the owner, with opportunities to grow, learn the trade, and take on more responsibility over time.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of cabinets, trim, doors, wall panels, and other millwork components
• Load, unload, and stage materials on job sites
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure clean, accurate installs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the day
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and other trades
• Follow jobsite safety procedures and company standards
• Travel to local and out-of-state job sites as needed
• Show up on time, ready to work, and take pride in delivering high-quality results

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow direction and work independently or with a small crew
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic power tools (or willing to learn)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing and able to travel for out-of-town jobs
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work
• Finish carpentry or construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be respectful, professional, and able to represent the company well on site
