Uinta Millwork is hiring! We’re a small, growing company that installs high-end cabinetry, trim, and architectural millwork on commercial and residential projects across Utah and out of state. We work clean, stay professional, and take pride in doing things right.
Pay starts at $18 and goes up to $35+ depending on experience.Most weeks follow a 4-day, 10-hour schedule — typically working from 6–7 AM to 4–5 PM. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a company that values its people, we’d like to hear from you.
As a Finish Carpenter / Installer at Uinta Millwork, you'll work directly on high-end residential and commercial projects, installing cabinetry, trim, wall panels, doors, and other architectural millwork. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a good work ethic, and the ability to follow direction on active job sites. Projects range from local Utah work to out-of-state installs in areas like Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming.
You'll be working with a small crew, often alongside the owner, with opportunities to grow, learn the trade, and take on more responsibility over time.

Travel is required for some jobs. Lodging and per diem are provided for out-of-town work.
Our in-town work is typically located in Summit, Wasatch, Salt Lake, and Utah Counties.
Pay starts at $18/hr and increases based on experience, performance, and reliability.
