Job summary

Stark Enterprises is seeking a Finish Carpenter / Construction Technician to support on-site construction activities across our portfolio. You will assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with finish carpentry installation, basic construction tasks, and site preparation to ensure safe, efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction or maintenance experience.
• Finish carpentry installation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Ability to work outdoors on active construction sites.
• Basic understanding of construction tools, equipment, and safety.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Safety conscious and follow PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, and maintain construction sites.
• Assist with demolition and debris removal.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform finish carpentry installation on interior doors, base, casing, windowsills, cabinets.
• Support framing, protective measures, and staging.
• Load, unload, and transport materials.
• Assist trades and subcontractors by preparing work areas.
• Operate hand tools and lightweight equipment.
• Install door hardware and adjust interior/exterior doors.
• Install glass shower doors, closet shelving, and restroom accessories.
• Support punch lists and final detail work.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards.
