Job summary

Craftsmen Resources LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenter for on-site work in Wichita and surrounding areas. The role involves reading blueprints and specifications to build, install, and repair interior finishes, with emphasis on doors, millwork, trim, and finish carpentry in retail, office, and institutional buildings.

The position requires 3+ years of commercial carpentry experience, proficiency with framing carpentry, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with framing carpentry, finish trim, and custom millwork.
  • Strong ability to read and work from blueprints, drawings, and cut lists.
  • Skilled in the use of hand tools, power saws, routers, and layout instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Shape Kansas’s commercial structures with precision! We are seeking an experienced Commercial Carpenters to install, finish, and repair woodwork in retail, office, and institutional buildings. Position Overview

As a Commercial Carpenter, you will interpret blueprints and specifications to build, install, and repair interior finishes. You’ll coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to sequence carpentry work while adhering to local codes and architectural requirements. This full-time, on-site role offers steady hours, optional overtime, and clear advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range:$19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: Day shift, Monday–Thursday, with overtime available
