KRB Kitchen and Bath Design Center is seeking a Lead Finish Carpenter to join our Exeter, NH team. This full-time, year-round role focuses on custom kitchen and bath remodels, indoor climate-controlled work, and precise finish carpentry.

The candidate should bring expert cabinetry, flooring, and interior finish knowledge, with an emphasis on quality and attention to detail. On-site work with a collaborative culture and clear growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, finish work, and cabinetry installation.
• Skilled in accurate measurement, layout, and carpentry techniques.
• Able to read blueprints and follow complex instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to Exeter, NH.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Install high-end cabinetry, flooring, vanities, and finish materials.
• Interpret and execute design plans, blueprints, and sketches.
• Frame and build structures including window frames, staircases, and interior walls.
• Install drywall, siding, insulation, hardwood floors, and finish elements.
• Perform product inspections and repairs.
• Maintain clean, safe work environments per OSHA and company safety standards.
• Set up scaffolding or temporary structures as needed.
• Communicate professionally with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Work independently or collaboratively depending on project scope.
• Use a variety of tools and materials safely.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Exeter-based job sites.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and drug screenings.
