Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install interior trim, doors, cabinetry, shelving, stairs, and paneling, etc. with precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, and work orders
• Repair and restore detailed woodwork, including sanding, staining, varnishing, and touch-ups
• Collaborate with general contractors, designers, and other tradespeople
• Perform measurements and layout tasks with precision to ensure perfect fits
• Identify and correct structural or aesthetic inconsistencies during finishing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or apprenticeship preferred)
• Proven experience as a finish carpenter in residential construction
• Proven woodworking techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent measuring, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work on feet for extended periods
• Attention to fine detail and a commitment to top-quality craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experience in high-end residential or custom millwork projects
• Knowledge of cabinet and furniture installation
