Job summary

Optimal is seeking a Fingerprint Technician in Boonsboro, MD to collect fingerprints and support administrative tasks at a busy front desk. Willing to train, with an emphasis on accuracy, privacy, and customer service.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of admin experience; Maryland fingerprinting training is preferred. The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities to grow in biometric services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year of administrative support experience.
• Maryland fingerprinting training certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture fingerprint data using LiveScan technology.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols.
• Coordinate with CJIS to capture and process fingerprints.
• Greet guests at the front desk and provide directions.
• Maintain LiveScan equipment and records.
