Job summary

Dicastal North America is seeking a The Fine Machine Inspector to inspect the cutter face and record all re-work as required, ensuring defects are documented for corrective action.

Responsibilities include following safety rules 100% of the time, complying with 5S in the assigned area, reporting defects to the Team Lead, and maintaining focus and a positive attitude while standing up to 12 hours and wearing PPE when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and understand written documents.
• Quality background is preferred.

• Follows instructions and works to meet daily job assignments and KPI's.
• Strictly follow the instructions during operations.
• Following 5S in assigned area
• Visually inspect cutter face for any defects.
• Re-work defects as needed.
• Record all defects and report defects to TL
• Other duties as assigned or designated by Team Lead or Supervisor.

Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand written documents
• Quality Background (preferred)
