Job summary

Dicastal North America Inc. is seeking a Fine Machine Inspector responsible for inspecting the cutter face and recording any re-work requirements. The role emphasizes strict safety adherence and accurate defect reporting to ensure quality output.

Responsibilities include following 5S practices, complying with daily KPI targets, and assisting with re-work as needed. The position requires readiness to perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor in a fast-moving manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand written documents.
• Quality background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect cutter face and record defects.
• Follow safety rules 100% of the time.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by housekeeping.
• Follow instructions to meet daily job assignments and KPIs.
• Record all defects and report them to the Team Lead.
• Re-work defects as needed.
• Maintain 5S in the assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead or Supervisor.

The Fine Machine Inspection position at DNA will be responsible for Inspecting the cutter face and perform and record all re-work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules 100% of the time.
• Contributes to a safe work environment by following housekeeping guidelines.
• Follows instructions and works to meet daily job assignments and KPI's.
• Strictly follow the instructions during operations.
• Following 5S in assigned area
• Visually inspect cutter face for any defects.
• Re-work defects as needed.
• Record all defects and report defects to TL
• Other duties as assigned or designated by Team Lead or Supervisor.

Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and understand written documents
• Quality Background (preferred)
