Macy's Fine Jewelry department is seeking a driven Sales Colleague who can deliver exceptional service and detailed product knowledge. You will help customers select fine jewelry and watches, educate on gemstones, metals, and care, and create memorable shopping experiences.

You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory and events, maintain an organized, secure display, and build lasting client relationships through personalized service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and follow employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Ability to open credit accounts and explain loyalty benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs.
• Support inventory, fulfillment, and events.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise.
• Build client relationships through consultative selling and clienteling tools.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals.
• Use POS and digital tools to process transactions.
