Job summary

Kroger is seeking a friendly, driven jewelry sales professional for Fred Meyer Jewelers in Wood Village, OR. You will actively engage customers, drive personal sales, and contribute to a memorable jewelry-buying experience with knowledge of products, service, and events.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, advising on quality and settings, and maintaining displays and store standards while supporting team goals and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to delivering refreshing shopping experiences and meeting/exceeding personal targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and model a customer-first approach.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote protection plans and events.
• Operate POS, process payments, and handle credit authorizations.
• Provide product knowledge and assist customers in selecting jewelry and settings.
• Maintain display standards and assist with inventory and store housekeeping.
