Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals to support selling efforts.
• Achieve individual and floor sales goals through consultative selling and follow-up.
• Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain accurate records in the POS system.
• Maintain visual merchandising and inventory organization on the sales floor and in display cases.
