Responsibilities
  • Assist in routine garden maintenance including tending to perennial, annual, and vegetable gardens.
  • Contribute to seasonal plantings, container gardens, and holiday decor.
  • Perform light pruning of shrubs and small trees.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to project success.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively.
  • Support logistics by preparing and maintaining equipment and vehicles.
  • Ensure safety by attending training and adhering to protocols.
  • Handle physical tasks including heavy lifting and equipment operation.
  • Drive trucks with trailers, if qualified.
Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in gardening, pruning, and plant identification.
  • Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred; willingness to train the right candidate.
Compensation & Schedule

Hourly wage: $20.00 - $25.00, with overtime available.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with potential weekend work during peak season.
