What You’ll Do:

As a Fine Dining Waitstaff, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serving food and beverages to assigned tables
• Performing opening and closing tasks
• Resetting and preparing tables for the next guests
• Maintaining knowledge of the daily menu, including specials and desserts
• Assisting in the preparation of simple cold food items (e.g., salads, desserts)
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in assigned dining areas

Requirements:

Required:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience as a server
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English

Preferred:

• Familiarity with sanitation and safety practices
• Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food service certification is a plus
