Eurest is hiring immediately for full-time WAITER/WAITRESS at the American Airlines Flagship First Dining in Grapevine, TX. Schedule is Monday through Friday with variable hours; weekend and holiday availability is required. Online applications are accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders following service steps.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Maintain clear communication with team and guests, staying flexible and patient.
• Handle tickets and cash according to procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and protect guest confidentiality.
• Address complaints promptly and relay to supervisor.
• Ensure dining area is properly set up before and after service.
