Truluck’s DC is seeking Professional Fine Dining Sous Chef who will dedicate themselves to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years’ sous chef experience and a track record of coaching culinary teams in high-volume environments.

As a member of our kitchen leadership, you will help drive culinary excellence, follow all recipes and systems, and strive to advance toward an executive chef role in the future.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years previous sous chef experience.
• Experience in preparing culinary products, coaching staff and cooking in high-volume environments.
• Ideal candidate worked in a similar fine dining steak and seafood kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef in the overall leadership of the culinary functions.
• Follow all recipes and systems; demonstrate professionalism and teamwork.
