MIKA Coral Gables is seeking a polished Server to deliver an elevated dining experience. You will greet guests, explain menus and wine, guide selections, and ensure flawless service from arrival to farewell.

Applicants should have upscale hospitality experience, strong communication, multitasking ability, and a professional demeanor. POS familiarity and knowledge of wine and cocktails are a plus; local Florida hospitality standards apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in upscale, fine dining, or high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and hospitality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently interact with sophisticated and diverse clientele.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other scheduled shifts.
