• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a professional server, preferably in Fine Dining.
• Strong knowledge of wines and spirits, especially Natural/Biodynamic.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold a valid California Food Handler Card & RBS Certificate.
