Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menu, answer questions, and describe daily specials.
• Write orders and relay to kitchen, serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset counters or tables after each course.
• Keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens and stations clean and stocked.
• Maintain food handler certifications as required.
