Responsibilities

• Prepare tables, present menus, answer questions, and suggest food and service options; stay knowledgeable on daily specials.
• Write orders and relay to kitchen; serve courses from kitchen and service bars.
• Clear and reset tables at the end of each course.
• Keep dining tables, chairs, floors, linens, and stations clean, bussed, and stocked.
• Maintain required food handler certifications.
