Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Extensive menu knowledge on both food and beverages to be able to help guide the guest and give them an elevated upscale experience
• Maintaining proper steps of service
• Proper wine knowledge and etiquette
• Able to maintain the company standard in table maintenance and etiquette
• Must have familiarity with liquor and wine, along with basic food knowledge
• Attention to cleanliness and organization
• Greet all guests in a hospitable and warm manner
• Practice required safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Following our company policy in cash handling and credit card transactions

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fine dining hospitality
• TABC Certified
• Demonstrate proper techniques based around hygiene and grooming expectations
• Must be polished in appearance, professional in verbiage, and have a posture of confidence
• Ability to multitask and be on your feet for long periods of time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
• Hospitality focused, driven, fast learner, motivated, charismatic, self-manageable, poised, determined, and able to work in a team atmosphere with a sense of urgency
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment while providing an individualized experience for each guest
• Food handler's card and TABC required according to local and or state regulations
• Must be able to work high volume shifts which may include holidays and weekends
