Job summary

Marbled & Fin, located in downtown Charleston, is seeking a confident, engaging Server to join our hospitality-driven team. You will guide guests through menus, suggest wines and cocktails, and deliver timely, attentive service in a fast-paced, upscale setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a fine dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with warmth and professionalism.
• Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently.
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections.
