Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fine dining experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant environment is required.
• Forbes Travel Guide or Michelin-recognized property experience is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and upscale dining service techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, professionalism, and poise.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, genuine, and anticipatory service to all guests.
• Maintain a refined, professional demeanor reflecting Setai’s elegance.
• Greet guests, seat them appropriately, present menus, and ensure proper service flow.
• Deliver detailed menu presentations, including ingredients and dietary accommodations.
• Guide wine selections and pairings, and manage wine service.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and urgency.
