Job summary

Gallaher Signature Living is seeking a Server to deliver an elevated dining experience for residents, families, and guests. You will provide attentive service, handle food and beverage orders, and maintain a welcoming dining environment in compliance with company policies and Title 22 regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in food and beverage service preferred; hospitality or fine-dining experience a plus.
• Ability to operate POS systems and timekeeping devices.
• Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Permit and First Aid/CPR when applicable.
• Must successfully pass background checks, health screenings, and immunization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide refined, courteous, and efficient meal service to residents, family members, and guests.
• Serve, prepare, and replenish beverages using appropriate glassware and presentation standards.
• Open, pour, and serve wine and beer in accordance with responsible service guidelines.
• Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS system.
• Verify accuracy of all orders and accommodate dietary needs and substitutions.
• Maintain dining room tables and service stations with proper linens, china, glassware, and flatware.
• Follow fine-dining service standards and etiquette.
• Assist with meal delivery to resident apartments as required.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
